Please note:
  • Refunds are not offered for early service withdrawal or dissatisfaction with the outcome of your application.
  • Immigration authorities have the final decision on all applications. Openskye cannot guarantee a successful outcome.
Circumstances for a Partial Refund:
  • Change in Immigration Law: If, after signing your agreement with Openskye, a change in immigration law renders you ineligible for the program you applied for, you may be eligible for a partial refund of our service fee. The specific amount will be outlined in your agreement.
Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Service charges paid to government authorities or other institutions.
  • Registration/processing fees, which cover services rendered by Openskye.
  • Taxes associated with our service fee.
  • Costs associated with language testing (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.).
  • Additional fees requested by immigration authorities during processing.
Client Responsibilities:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information throughout the application process. Failure to do so can lead to application rejection and will not be grounds for a refund.

You are responsible for meeting all deadlines and attending required interviews. Missed deadlines or absences may negatively impact your application and will not be grounds for a refund.

You are responsible for adhering to all immigration requirements, including financial resources and health checks. Failure to meet these requirements may lead to application rejection and will not be grounds for a refund.

Refund Process:
  • If you believe you qualify for a partial refund under the terms outlined above, please submit a written request to [Refunds department email address] within 30 days of application rejection.
  • Your request should include a copy of your rejection letter and a copy of your service fee receipt.
  • We will review your request and respond within 30 working days.
Additional Information:
  • Our service fees are based on the full scope of services offered, not just the initial application submission
  • We reserve the right to terminate services without a refund if a client fails to meet their obligations or engages in disruptive behavior.
